Sour Black IPA collab with Tripoint, lashings of Sorachi Ace.
Brewed in collaboration Tripoint Brew Co Like the Film Noir trope that namesake, this beer is definitely a rule breaker; but only for the common good. A Black IPA (long live the BIPA revival!) with tonnes of Simcoe and Sorachi Ace hops, then kettle soured. Expect your taste buds to go on a wild journey, from stout-like roasted coffee notes, to pine flavours you’d expect from a big West Coast IPA, finally slamming you with the kind of sharp sour you’d expect from Berlinerweiss. This beer doesn’t mess about, and we’re very proud of it.
