Weird Beard Brew Co Reformatory
With loads of wheat and oats in the mash, as you would expect. This along with a high mash temperature adds to the mouth feel. Yeast wise it is blended with Belgian and English ale yeasts, and fermented at a temperature that will help bring out the juicy hops, while leaving enough in suspension that combine with the protein from the oats and wheat to cling onto the Mosaic and Ekuanot hops.

Reunion Ales Talwar
Subtly infused with freshly ground coriander seeds, Talwar is clean cut and refreshing at any time but particularly so during summer. With the appearance of sun-parched straw, the taste is very clean with a zingy, zesty finish; the aroma is resinous and spicy. Hops: Challenger, Pioneer. Malts: Maris Otter Extra Pale, Vienna.

By The Horns Mayor of Garratt
The tradition of electing a ‘Mayor of Garratt’ evolved only a stones throw away from the brewery during the early 18th century. These popular mock elections, which attracted huge crowds, were held at the same time as elections to Parliament. The candidates were, typically, unconventional colourful characters from London who adopted comic names and made witty speeches. The event provided a platform for free speech, a protest against the ruling classes and of course, mandatory drunken revelry! This beer is a nod to this truly original eccentric English tradition. Hops: English Goldings & Challenger from Kent. Malt: British Extra Pale Malted Barley, Crystal, Munich & Chocolate Malts. Tea: Fuggles & Challenger grown in Kent.

By The Horns Stiff Upper Lip Pale Ale
This was the first beer we ever brewed, & okay we have tweeked the recipe since its inception, but this beer inspired us to start this brewery back in 2011. Back when we brewed this beer on our homebrew setup in 2010 we seeked to brew a low abv copy of the classic Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (‘the’ beer that gave us inspiration to start brewing). Hops: Cascade, Centennial & Citra. Malt: British Extra Pale Malted Barley, Torrified Wheat, Munich malt & Cara malt.

By The Horns Brewing Hopadelic
‘New World’ hops from North-West America, specifically The Yakima Valley, are full of fruity, tropical and citrus notes. This beer was inspired by these hops by which blends three of the brewery's favourite hops to create a wave of tropical hop flavour. There is enough bitterness in this beer to compliment the rousing tropical hop which leaves the taste clean and crisp, and all brewed to a low 4.3% abv, meaning you can enjoy all that hop & flavour without feeling too tipsy. Hops: Citra, Summit & Cascade. Malt: Extra Pale Malted Barley & wheat. Pairing: Havarti cheese, green Thai curry.

Double Dry Hopped Extra Pale Ale. An extra pale ale brewed with Super Pale Malted Barley making the malt profile very clean and crisp. DDH stands for Double Dry Hopped and for us this means we dry hopped it with twice the normal volume of hops at two different stages towards the end of fermentation….in other words it is hoppy & fruity. The latest batch is 100% a cask ale version that was hopped with Simcoe & Columbus hops which offer a rounded piney citrus fruit punch smack in the face.
