Toffee sweetness complemented by citrus, soft tropical fruit and autumn berry
A new Cask Aged Brown Ale with a rich malt base. Hints of toffee sweetness from the malts complemented by citrus, soft tropical fruit and autumn berry flavours from an imaginative mix of hops.
The imagery for this new beer has been developed in conjunction with design students at Stamford College. Thanks to all of the students who took part in the project and congratulations to Jordan Vellam who came up with the design for “Echo”.
Hops: Wolf (Slovenia), Amarillo (USA), Bramling Cross and Challenger (both UK)
Malts: Maris Otter, Wheat Malt, Crystal Malt, Dark Crystal Malt, Black Malt, RB1500, Rice Hulls
