Farmhouse Saison.
A 4.5% Farmhouse Saison brewed as a result of a homebrew competition Moncada ran in 2019 with the London Amateur Brewers. Once fermented the entries were kegged and served on the bar in Moncada’s taproom. The beer with the most votes was brewed on their big commercial kit. Steve’s farmhouse Saison was the winning choice and this has now been scaled up.
