Ah the Dodo, gone but never forgotten. Weird beard Brew Co brewed a beer with the help of one of their favourite drinking spots in London ‘The Dodo Micropub’. Together these two have brewed up a cracking DDH Pale Ale that the Dodos’ of old would be proud to share their name with. Expect piney American hops to the nose, with a rich creamy body with a lovely peachy kick. Get some of these in the fridge and pay your respects to the Dodo’s memory!
