Stiff Upper Lip
A light soft bready malt backbone, with tropical citrus hop notes shining through with a hit of bitterness on the finish.
This was the first beer we ever brewed, & okay we have tweeked the recipe since its inception, but this beer inspired us to start this brewery back in 2011. Back when we brewed this beer on our homebrew setup in 2010 we seeked to brew a low abv copy of the classic Sierra Nevada Pale Ale (‘the’ beer that gave us inspiration to start brewing).
Hops: Cascade, Centennial & Citra.
Malt: British Extra Pale Malted Barley, Torrified Wheat, Munich malt & Cara malt.
