Notes of dried fruit, roasted coffee and caramel are balanced by creamy oats, giving this stout it’s characteristic smooth and luxurious mouthfeel.
A rich and complex malt bill jam packed with oats provide a satisfyingly rounded mouthfeel. Castle Rock used UK phoenix hops to bring subtle aromas of marmalade, spice and dried fruit into balance with the deep coffee, caramel and chocolate flavours from the darker malts.
