Raspberry and pineapple sour.
A hazy dark pink colour with a lasting, frothy pink head. The aroma is yeast, big raspberries. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, fresh, juicy citrus, light tart, biscuit yeast palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. A fine beer.
